We’re upfront with our fees from the outset, as all our deals have an underwriter from day one. The fees you’ll pay will be dependent on the type of property you’re investing in. All of our products have an arrangement fee of 1%. There are no admin fees and commitment fees are refunded on drawdown.

There may be an exit fee with the price determined on application.
