Market Financial Solutions has been on the road this week, taking our bridging loan expertise to two events to speak with investors and intermediaries about the various uses and benefits of short-term finance.
We zoomed from our Mayfair HQ down to Southampton up to Milton Keynes and back to London as we took part in the Specialist Lending Roadshow. And both the events – which took place on 11 and 12 September – proved extremely productive.
Our team met with many people who were eager to learn more not just about our specific bridging loan products, but also to discuss the bridging market in general. After all, as we are always keen to stress here at MFS, education is essential if we are to ensure the bridging sector grows in a reputable and responsible manner.
Indeed, just this week our CEO Paresh Raja was featured in Bridging & Commercial discussing how we can attract more brokers into the short-term lending space. Rather than focusing purely on financial incentives, Paresh emphasised the need for better education so intermediaries fully understand exactly how, when and why their clients would use bridging loans.
The Specialist Lending Roadshow also gave our growing team of business development managers a chance to grow their respective networks. Indeed, at the end of August we bolstered our team further with a new BDM: Ewan Duncan, who joined us from UK Property Finance.
If you are keen to meet with any of MFS’ friendly, helpful BDMs then get in touch today. You can call us on 0207 060 1234, or email us on info@mfsuk.com.
In other news, we’re very excited to announce that MFS has a brand new piece of research, which is going to be released in the coming week. To provide timely insight into the property market, we have surveyed more than 1,000 homebuyers in the UK to ask them about the most important things they look for when hunting for a house or flat.
The research will be published in a new report and infographic, which is sure to be a valuable resource for property investors and landlords who are keen to know what matters most to prospective homebuyers. Keep your eyes peeled on our website and social media channels to get your hands on a copy of the report upon its release
