Karen Rodrigues, Head of Sales at Market Financial Solutions (MFS), has been named in the 2024 MI Elite Women list.
Now in its third year, Mortgage Introducer’s MI Elite Women celebrates the best women working in the mortgage industry. The initiative is based on rigorous process led by an Intelligence Unit consisting of over 30 experts, with industry professionals from across the UK asked to nominate exceptional female role models, followed by interviews and wider research to decide on the final list.
Rodrigues emerged as a leading name, with her place on Elite Women list coming in recognition of her dedication to industry excellence and her continued commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Rodrigues has over 20 years’ experience in the mortgage intermediary sector having started her career in financial services with Halifax in 1992.
She has worked closely with mortgage intermediaries ever since, spending four years at Vida Homeloans as a corporate Sales Manager following positions at Aldermore Mortgages, Kensington, Kent Reliance and Prestige Finance. Rodrigues joined MFS last year, leading efforts to bring the specialist lender’s range of products to large clubs and networks across the UK.
