Following a successful 2019, 2020 promises to be another year of amazing achievements for MFS.
Our bridging loan products will be rolled out across the UK, backed by competitive rates and incentives few lenders can match. Our growing team of property and finance experts are on hand to meet our clients’ needs with the utmost professionalism and dedication.
MFS on the road
We’re excited to take part in the Specialist Lending Solutions’ (SLS) 2020 specialist lending events. These events are a great opportunity for people to learn about the specialist lending market. They provide a useful overview of the key trends likely to impact brokers and borrowers alike.
Over the coming 12 months, our BDMs will be touring the UK as part of the SLS’ specialist lending events, starting in Solihull (5th February) and Surrey (6th February), then moving to York (12th February) and Liverpool (13th February). Contact a member of the MFS team for more information about the event.
In 2020 we will be exhibiting at the property industry’s leading events and tradeshows. On 19th March, MFS will have a stand at the National Landlord Investment Show. Then, in early April, we will be at The Property Investor Show.
Supporting the bridging finance industry
MFS is also proud to once again that we are once again a patron lender with the NACFB – the UK’s flagship body for commercial finance brokers. As part of this partnership, we will be attending the NACFB’s inaugural Commercial Broker Awards on 23rd April in Birmingham.
This is all just a taste of the exciting announcements we have coming up in the first half of 2020. As the year unfolds, we are sure to have many announcements to share with you. Register to join our mailing list to ensure you are the first to hear about our latest news.
Above all else, we will support expanding network of brokers and private clients who regularly use our specialist finance products. With new lower rates and an expanding team of BDMs, we ensure businesses and property-buyers have fast access to the finance they need no matter how complex their situation might be.
