Market Financial Solutions (MFS) has today expanded its lending team by 30% to help the company meet growing demand for its bridging services among brokers and borrowers.
The news comes amid significant positivity within the UK’s bridging industry – among members of the Association of Short Term Lenders (ASTL), 78% expect their business turnover to grow in the coming 12 months, with 63% expecting the same of the bridging sector as a whole. Meanwhile, a separate survey among 119 UK brokers revealed that 30% had seen a rise in bridging loan volume in Q1 2018.
Ensuring the highest quality of service
With over a decade’s worth of experience in the alternative finance sector, MFS offers bridging solutions that are tailored to the specific circumstances of individual clients. The company’s decision to expand its team reflects the increasing number of individual borrowers, businesses and brokers enquiring about its industry-leading bridging loans, which provide people with the finance they need to act confidently and quickly. MFS’ further growth will ensure the team can continue to provide the highest quality of service to everyone it works with.
2018: A year of growth
2018 has proven to be a year of rapid growth for MFS – last month, the London-based firm became the first UK bridging lender to establish a subsidiary office in Southeast Asia, launching Market Bridge Solutions in Singapore. The expansion of the UK team is the latest in a series of milestones reaffirming MFS’ leading position in the bridging market.
Paresh Raja, CEO of MFS, commented: “2018 has been an exciting year for the business. As demand grows for alternative finance, bridging loans are becoming increasing popular among a wide range of individuals and businesses – so we are delighted to announce the expansion of our lending team, which will ensure we can deal with all cases with the quality, speed and diligence that we have built our reputation on.”
