Market Financial Solutions has launched a new ‘Fusion Premier’ range, designed to allow large portfolios to be consolidated under a single loan at a lower annual rate.
Founded in 2006, London-based Market Financial Solutions specialises in providing large and complex property loans with speed and flexibility. The lender offers buy-to-let (BTL) mortgages and bridging loans as well as its Bridge Fusion range – launched last year, it blends features of its bridging and BTL products.
The Fusion Premier products, which are for residential properties only, are an extension to the Bridge Fusion range. Loan sizes range from £20 million to £65 million, though there is a maximum value for any individual property within a portfolio of £4 million.
Fusion Premier loans are available up to an LTV of 70% and on a 24-month term, with a 12-month discretionary extension available on top of that.

Last week, Market Financial Solutions introduced a third tier to its Bridge Fusion products based on loan size, offering more competitive pricing and the ability to support larger loan sizes.
